One of my friends used weight loss pills to reduce weight but it doesn’t work at all. Lastly she listen my advice to stop use weight loss pills and buy treadmill to do exercise at home. She very surprise because cost for treadmill just RM450, which is cheaper than weight loss pills. Some more do exercise is good for our body.
