I plan to buy my own house next year and I’m starting to get information related to house and visit sample house. There is many thing need to consider when need to buy a house such as location, price, infrastructure at that area and much more. House located at or near town area more expensive, cost around RM200K-RM230K for condominium. Really expensive for me, how I can affordable to buy it. I think I better buy the house at village. Hehe.
