Since I work at new company, almost half year I no go to exercise and jogging. Everyday work until 8pm just go back home. My body become weak and my weight keep increasing compared with last time. I think I need to buy exercise equipment like treadmills and dumbbell set then do exercise at home after work. This is a better way for me to do exercise and reduce my weight.
we bought some exercise equipment from a local supplier and most of them are made in china. i do not know if those exercise equipment would last long.~-;
