I already tender my resignation in early of June to my boss but until today I still can’t see any action taken by him like promote my colleague to take over my position or employ new staff. He seems like nothing happen. He has tried to retain me by offer me high salary package but already reject him because I know I don’t have a good future in this company. I will leave immediately end of this month. Hehe

I already tender my resignation to my boss last week. There is sure he want to know the reason why I want to resign. I just told him I will move back to my hometown and build my career at there Instead i have another reason. Actually i don’t want give him a chance to retain me. He want to retain me by setup a new office at my hometown then I can continue my service at his company. There is a good idea from my boss right? But don’t believe what ever thing that come out from his mounth. Hehe. So I said to him I will not chance my decision and this is a final decision.

My friend had offered me to join his company as his business partner because he wants to expand his business next month. He really needs someone to help him to run the business, at the same time he will concentrate on marketing. But the benefit he offered to me really little, for the first year he will give me a little salary plus reimburse expenses claim and commission for bring in new customer. Second year he will revise my income based on company’s performance. I think he just want me to help him clear all the work by paying low salary, after that will kick me out. This is a risky offer, i will not accept and join his company. Hehe

I plan to back hometown and get a new job at there. I don’t know my decision is correct or not. Many of my friends asked me the reason why I move back to hometown. My answer is very simple, my hometown life and environment more suit for me. Hehe. At here I work for people, back hometown I also work for people but I can see my family and friend everyday.

I’m looking for new job recently. I already disappointed and will quit from current company if I success get new job later. So this few days I’m busy to update my resume, upload my resume and search job online. I hope I can get a good job after I’m back from Hong Kong next month. Now I’m thinking a good reason of resign to my boss to enable me go without any counter offer. hehe

How to complete all the rubbish within this month? My boss kept asked me how the progress of the job that not completed by ex-staff. So difficult to do the work that not completed by others people. Many documents not complete and missing some more. I’m thinking that if I really can’t complete then I will tender my resignation to him. I suffer everyday then many of my personal things not yet do and settle. It time to give up.

Our company had bought two barcode scanners for the purpose of control out company stock. But until today we never try to use of it due to lack of knowledge. My boss start angry about this because spend lots of money to buy a good equipment buy didn’t fully utilised. So he had instructed us to get training from the supplier that sale barcode scanner and start to use to equipment soon.

I’m start worry about my work can’t finished or completed within the due date. Unfortunately, next month is my datelines to submit all the outstanding work to my boss. He gave me three months to complete all outstanding work which can’t finished by ex-staff. Until today I haven’t start the work yet. I don’t think so I can complete all the things within end of March. Anyway, I will try my best. If really can’t finish, I will resign immediately. Because, I’m thinking that this is mission impossible, three years work how to complete in three months.

Today I already back to work, I just took two days leave for celebrate Chinese New Year. If I still at my ex-company, I’m sure will take whole week for holiday. Since I just join this company two month only, there is no choice. Take more leave means deduct more salary because I’m still in probation period. I seat at home nothing to do, why not early back to work without do anything, why not I seat in office to get salary. Hehe.

I just join a new company last month but I felt that this company really not suit for me, some more lots of outstanding works need to complete. So I think this is a time for me to find a new job. Normally I will find a job by online and submit my resume online. When I need to find job, I just go the site and search the job. I can save lots of time and no need spend money to buy newspaper.

Time passed quite fast, it has been a long time I stayed in KL for working purpose. I just shifted to new company recently, and adapting the new environment here, this is the most bad feel when the time moving to new place. Nothing much that I can talk, I just hope that I have new prospect in this career, that’s all. Good luck to me!

I already tender my resignation to my boss and he agreed to let me go on 30th November. If not mistake my last day on this company is on 23rd Nov after deduct my balance annual leave. I think my boss feel happy because our company is over staff and he no need to pay me bonus. Save lots of money. I will join with new company on 1st December, hope all things smoothly.
