I already tender my resignation to my boss and he agreed to let me go on 30th November. If not mistake my last day on this company is on 23rd Nov after deduct my balance annual leave. I think my boss feel happy because our company is over staff and he no need to pay me bonus. Save lots of money. I will join with new company on 1st December, hope all things smoothly. Good luck to me. Hehe

I really don’t know whether my decision to join new company is good decision or not. My friend said to me that since I don’t know how to make decision and direction, why not I go to ask someone to give me direction like tarot card. Hehe. She know I don’t believe this type of thing but at least give myself a chance to hear other people opinion and direction. I will not loss anything if go to tarot card.

Since I learn nothing from my current company and this situation will be the same in few years later, so I will accept the offer from new company in short time. Honestly, I’m not young, I don’t know what will happen and how my future if I join the new company, but at least I give myself a chance to change rather than get nothing from current company. Hope this time is a good change.

I get offer of job from one company yesterday. They asked me to join on this December by offer me extra RM200 compared with my current salary and after probation period, I will be given extra RM300 allowance. I was thinking if I still work at same company next year, my salary sure same with the salary that company offer to me. Some more I will lose my bonus if I join them. Want to quit from my current boring job and learn new things, this is a good chance but not a right time. Hehe. However, give me more time to think carefully.

Recently I kept searching online to find accounting software because I need learn this accounting software before I accept this job. And I also get help from my friend to find this accounting software. Lastly she found it and I borrow that software from her. I though I can learn this software and accept the job as fast as possible. But the software version that borrow from my friend not compatible with the version file I copy from customer. The software I borrowed from my friend is US version then customer file is Malaysia version. Not match! Aiii…

My company’s peak period will be end of this week, that really good new for us. So I can take leave after that to relax and plan a short travel. Before that my boss not allowed us to take leave during the company peak period, so no choice then next week is a good time take leave. I already apply for next Monday leave. Hehe.

My friend kept asking me why I still no change the job since get nothing at current company now and what is my future plan. He still said that now I’m not young, so don’t always change job or always thinking of learning from company and lastly get nothing. You must think what you can contribute to the company and not learning from company. Actually I also don’t know what is my future plan, this is the answer I reply to my friend.

Last two weeks ago I have go to interview for position as internal audit. Actually I didn’t apply for this position and I also have mentioned to the person who calling me that I don’t have experience on this position but she said this is not a problem. So I took half day leave and go to interview. I can say really waste my leave and time to go for interview, zero experience on this field and interviewer also not interested on me. Anyway, they will give me the answer whether success or not success within two weeks. Until today I didn’t received any call from them. Honestly, I already know the answer at the end of interview. Hehe

Really feel boring on my current job now and I plan to find another job soon. I feel boring not because of busy but it too free. This means my current company is over staff. Hehe. Since I’m free this few days, I will use my free time to do my resume and find the job that suit for me. So I’m the person leave the company because of too free. My friend always called me “Free man” and I’m free everyday then every month get full salary, that’s good. Friend, If you feel good, I can recommend you to my company to work. Hehe

I’m just finished my exam yesterday, so today is first day I back to work. Hehe. I on leave almost two weeks, so sure many job pending and waiting for me to do. I think I need work over time to settle all pending job. But I really don’t have mood to work today, this may be I on leave too long and become lazy to work. Hehe.

I really don’t understand why she always asked me? My job function is helps your company to compute tax payable, not to help you to settle your problem between you and your company. This is your internal problem and I no have right to involved of it. Some more I’m not a lawyer, can’t give you a good advice. If I can give you good advice then I already become a lawyer long time ago. Hehe. She just fired by her employer and she want claim back her annual leave but her employer not wish to compensate annual leave to her. So you must find a right person like lawyer or labour department, not me. Hehe.

This year I need to report my annual income to Inland Revenue Board and pay tax. Before that I don’t have income tax number so I didn’t report my income. Hehe. Now I have no choice because my employer need deduct tax from my salary. Since my employer already deduct tax from my salary monthly then I no need to pay extra tax. Some more is Inland Revenue Board owe me money. Hope can get refund from them. Hehe.
