Currently, our company didn’t use any system to control our stock. Just control it by manual. Sometime the amount and quantity of stock is not accurate. Anyway, now we start to implement by use of stock system and barcode scanner to control our stock quantity and amount. I’m sure it will be better than control by manually and can save lots of time. The best thing that I no need to stay back to count stock everyday.

Currently my office issue receipt to customer by manually. It waste lots of time and sometime have many errors like wording difference with the amount, no serial number and no signatory. Holding Meeting Online

I hope one day our office can hold a meeting online then I no need to rush back from outside just meeting for 10 to 20 minutes. Meeting online that really easy, I just use my laptop with broadband internet and log onto internet then can hold a meeting with my boss and colleague. What we do is we use web video conferencing services and webinar software only. I think the cost of using this service is not so expensive. Hope my boss consider of it.
