My mum always by a cheap brand of kitchen sink, kitchen faucet, toilet faucet and shower faucet. Now all this things cannot function properly so we need to purchase a new one to replace it. We will look for American Standard’s brand rather than cheap brand. Other than change kitchen sink and faucet, we also will buy American Standard toilets since our toilet also low quality. This time need spend lots of money to buy all this.

Last Friday, my friend told me that he just bought a new condominium with cost RM330K and finance with bank 15 years. I’m not surprise that he can buy expensive condominium because he is a businessman, annual income more than RM100K and may be more than that. I think he wish to buy that condo by cash just because don’t want get disturb by Inland Revenue Board. Then he asked me how much cost of condo or house I want to buy? Honestly, I just can buy maximum RM200K condo with financed by bank 30-35 years. Hehe. So rich man buy big house then poor guy by small house. That’s simple only.

Last week I received a part time job and my job scope is to give advice on their account and tax matters. Because of their account not up to date and some document didn’t prepare well then I can’t do anything. Unfortunately, I received a call from their boss yesterday and he want know the progress. Definitely I explain the problem to him. After that his make a decision by asking me to instruct his staff to complete the work end of this September. This is mission impossible, how come he can ask outsider like me to instruct his staff to do work? I don’t have any right at all. Actually you are the boss of the company, why not you instruct? Weird!

Just end of company’s peak period then now I need start to do my personal work. Almost two months I didn’t do and update my part time work. Hehe. They kept chasing me to update work to them. Since they didn’t pay me money then I have right to delay or don’t do the work. Anything also wants fast but delay payment after work given to them. Now I requested them to pay me half of payment then I just do it. So consider no money no talk. Hehe

Many people included me like to buy wholesale electronics products because we can buy all these products at cheap price. Normally I will search online to find wholesale electronic products like Ipods, television, video, video games, camera and much more. Sometime I have success to win the bid for the item I want to buy, that really worth. So why you want spend more to buy it, you can visit the site and bid the item you want.

I like a horse but never thinking of owning a horse because I know that owning a horse need spend a lot of money especially purchase of horse supplies. There are many types of horse supplies such as bridals, girths, boot and much more, so must choose the right supplies for your horse. Then my house area not suit for feed and riding of horse unless I have a piece of land. Hehe.

ACCA paper is difficult to pass? This is a question ask by my girlfriend. She is plan to register and take ACCA paper on this December but she worry about the money. There need a lots of money if take this professional paper like registration fee and exemption paper fees, all are in Sterling Pound. Is good news to my girlfriend because she can exempt for 9 papers but need pay exemption fee around RM3K. hehe. For me, ACCA paper is not difficult to pass but easy to fail if you not study hard. Anyway, better think carefully before make decision.

I always told to my girlfriend that if you want to reduce weight in short time, then must do exercise everyday and try to not use diet pill. But she always give me excuse that no time to do exercise after work. So another alternative way is buy fitness equipment like treadmill and do exercise at home. Then I also can do exercise anytime and reduce my weight by use treadmill.

This few days I keep thinking which state I should stay, whether stay in my hometown and find job at there or continue stay in KL. If I choose to stay in KL, so I need to buy my own house. But that is not easy to buy house in KL due to cost of house is expensive. If I choose my hometown, cost of house is cheaper some more is landed property. Hehe. But salary is too low and difficult for me to survive. Anyway, standard living at my hometown is lower than KL. Many of friends asked me this question included my girlfriend. I always say to them “I’m thinking”
