Until today I not yet decide to buy what brand of car, but my friend decided to buy Toyota Vios J Spec instead of Perodua Myvi. He told me that his parents don’t like small car and prefer to big car like Toyota Vios, the most important is look more class. I think he still can afford to pay the car instalment. For me, may be I will look for Mazda 2 or Kia Forte, both of this cars is still in my budget. I just worry about the second hand market value when I want to sell it. Another thing is about maintenance fee and car spare parts. Anyway, I will do more survey before buy the car.

Funny T-Shirt

My wife very like cute or funny tshirts and when we go to shopping buy new shirt, she will purposely choose colorful and funny t-shirt. I always said that funny t-shirt not suit to her and she almost 30 years old but she still like it. She really don’t care how people look at her, as long as feel comfortable then she will buy it. Then she will ask me to pay the bill.

Why House Price Still So Expensive

Now house price is very expensive, minimum price around RM300 per square feet for simple condo only. With salary RM3,000 per month is can’t afford to buy it. If you want look for lower price of house or condo, you have look far from town, around 45 minutes drive from town. I remembered that last 3 years the price just only RM210 per square feet, why suddenly up for so much? Now share market drop, why house still so expensive?

I Prefer Metal Building

If you ask me what type building that I want to build for my factory, I’m sure will choose metal building. This is because metal building its cheaper cost of manufacture, and can be customized to fit number of business needs. The best thing is metal they require very low upkeep, low maintenance cost and low insurance cost. Not only metal building for my factory, I’m also interested on metal storage sheds. So how about you?

I Like Log Furniture

I was thinking that if I buy a new house, I definitely will buy log furniture like log bed, log dining set, log cabinet and much more. I love log furniture very much, as I know my wife also same with me. With log furniture, I’m sure it will be very warm and unique. The best thing is log furniture is strong and durable, it can last for a very long time. I will also suggest to my brother to look for log furniture when he move to new house.

I want to change my house address plaque because my friend told me that he difficult to find my house during house warming because of address plaque is too small and unable to see it clear. So I go to online search and find the house address plaques that suit for my house. Since my friend said it too small and can’t see it clear then I should order a big number and sharp color for my address plaque. I’m sure next time they sure can find my house. Hehe

I Prefer Prego Accolade Instead Of Carpet

I will look for a new office for my business instead of use home office. Because I cannot concentrate on my work if work at home. But I’m sure will decorate my office as well as my house. Many people will laminate their office floor by carpet, but I prefer to use pergo wood to laminate my office floor. It look great and nice as well as feel of natural hardwood, some more cheap and cost effectively. It can last for many years and easy to maintain compare with carpet. So I say again, prego flooring is my first choice.

Not Easy To Get Good Career

Order New Uniform

Almost three years our company didn’t change uniform for our medical staff nurse and dialysis assistant. Now our management decided to buy new medical scrubs or uniforms for them, each staff with 3 sets uniform. Not easy to order uniform, there are many things need to do like measure size of each staff, find the supplier, compare price and much more. I think company need spend around RM10,000 for 50 staff, but that uniform can last three years.

I Want Reduce Weight

Recently I found that my weight keep increase, so I plan to reduce my weight around 5kg. My friend had recommended me adapexin-p which he had used it before to reduce his weight. He told me that adapexin-p is a fat burner that designed to increase metabolism and improve overall physical performance. If I want to know more information, I get check it online. But I more prefer to do exercise to reduce my weight instead of use diet pills. I will try it when I really need of it.
