Before i and my husband planning to buy our own house v oso thinking of many, but important thing is “where u want to working”? if u choose to working at KL, so you buy at KL, if next time u want back to hometown working, u oso can rent out, i think oso hv a higher rental! u jz thinking tis is a investment! After buy the house, others thing like furniture & fitting, electronic & etc u can buy when u have money! most of the ppl oso like tat, for me i think tis is no a big problem, before tat i oso like this! hehe finally i oso hv my own house! U wil felt happy when u oledi hv a own house! i cant to describe my mood for you when i moving to my new house, but you wil know later haha….
