I have visit my friend house during his house warming last week ago, he told me that all renovation cost of his house is around USD25,000. He spend lots of money in renovate of kitchen. I was thinking that next time I move to the new house, I will just only do simple renovation on kitchen only like install kitchen cabinet, undermount stainless steel sinks and some kitchen equipment only. This is because I seldom cook at home. I more prefer spend money on my bedrooms and living room.
