I have own a house and it financed by bank. Every month I need to pay installment plus interest around RM1,000. Now I plan to refinance mortgage by reduce interest every month. I will go to search online to find the suitable mortgage company and documents needed before refinance my house. The most important thing is they can offer me the lower of interest rate. So my monthly installment will be less if I can the lower interest rate.
